How household moves work
Your own full container, door to door
We ship household moves in a full container (FCL), a sealed 20ft or 40ft box dedicated entirely to your belongings. Nothing shared, nothing mixed with other customers' goods. Your container is locked and sealed at your UK address and only opened at the destination. We can run it door to door, or door to port if someone is meeting it at the other end.

We help with packing advice, detailed inventories, and used personal-effects declarations: prepared properly so you don't get hit with avoidable duty at the other end. Getting this document right before the shipment leaves the UK is far easier than correcting it at a foreign port.
Customs clearance at both ends is arranged and managed through trusted partners, with everything in place before the container leaves the UK.

How does a full-container household move work?
We ship household goods in a full container (FCL), your own sealed 20ft or 40ft box from your UK address to the destination door, with nothing shared. We arrange collection, paperwork, sailing, customs and delivery end to end. Tell us roughly how much you are moving and we will advise which container size fits and give you a fixed, all-in quote.
What is a used personal-effects declaration and why does it matter?
A used personal-effects declaration (sometimes called a UPE or household goods declaration) is a document confirming that the goods being shipped are genuinely second-hand belongings, not new goods being imported for sale. Prepared correctly, it can allow your household effects to clear customs at a reduced or zero duty rate. If it is prepared incorrectly or not at all, you risk being charged import duty on goods you already own. We prepare this for you as part of the shipment.
Do you deliver door to door?
Yes. We collect from your UK address and deliver to your destination address. Customs clearance at both ends is arranged and managed through our trusted partners, so you don't need to deal with customs agents separately.
