Arranged & managed through trusted partners

What we arrange and manage

  • Export declarations and commodity codes: prepared before the container ships, not chased at the port.
  • Import clearance at the destination, coordinated with our partners at the other end.
  • ATR and EUR1 movement certificates for Turkey, issued correctly so your goods qualify for preferential duty under the UK–Turkey trade agreement.
  • Household and personal-effects declarations and packing inventories.

One operator handles your file throughout, so nothing falls between two brokers.

Customs questions

What documents do I need to export goods from the UK?

For most export shipments you will need a commercial invoice, a packing list, and an export declaration filed with UK customs. You also need an EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification), free to register with HMRC if you do not already have one. Depending on the destination and goods, you may also need an ATR or EUR1 movement certificate, a certificate of origin, or specific product licences. We walk you through exactly what is needed for your shipment.

What are ATR and EUR1 certificates and when do I need them?

ATR and EUR1 are movement certificates used on UK-to-Turkey shipments to claim preferential (lower) import duty under the UK–Turkey trade agreement. An ATR certificate confirms the goods are in free circulation in the UK. A EUR1 certificate (also called a movement certificate) confirms the preferential origin of the goods. Used correctly, these documents can significantly reduce the duty your Turkish importer pays. We arrange and manage both through trusted partners.
